Deveron Projects is based in the rural market town of Huntly, Scotland. It connects artists, communities and places through creative research and engagement.

The town is the venue describes the framework in which the organisation works and contributes to the social wellbeing of the town. They inhabit, explore, map and activate its 18th century streets and surrounding countryside through artist driven projects. Deveron Projects has engaged with local people and their clubs, choirs, shops, schools, churches, bars and discos here since 1995.

Over the years they have explored a wide variety of themes through projects, events and Town Collection of artworks. From the history and heritage of the town, to the act of walking and our common Room to Roam, and themes of cultural identity and town regeneration. Current projects explore hospitality and cafe culture through the Neep & Okra Kitchen - where visitors can enjoy freshly prepared local/global food and bread from their Heritage Baker.
