Come and join us for a fun, relaxed and informative shopping and cookery experience.
We will meet in Aberdeen and we will take a short drive up the Dee valley to a well established local farmers market.
Here he will get a chance to meet with and chat to some very enthusiastic and hard working local producers.
Based on seasonality and availability we will buy some top quality fresh produce and head back to Aberdeen to meet our Chef at the cook school. We will also have time for a wee visit to an independent off licence for some beer, wine or spirits to accompany our meal.
Through a combination of demo's and hands on class we will produce a 3 course meal which we will obviously sit and enjoy with your own choice of drinks.
All this for an inclusive price of £115 per person.
Our meals so far have included a range of vegetarian and meat based meals and due to the nature of our local markets this will likely always be the case. We will in future be offering a fully vegetarian based class.
