Crannach Bread Making Courses

We offer Bread making courses, either a full or a half day. The full day course comprises, making a Sourdough loaf, a Wholemeal bread using locally produced wheat and a Ciabatta, three styles of bread. In the afternoon, we make a Brioche and Fruit Buns, the aim to enable you to successfully add butter and eggs to a recipe. By days end, you will be able, to go home and create these or other recipes with confidence.
