He has performed at venues and festivals across the world including the Lincoln Centre in New York and London’s Wigmore Hall. This recital centres around one of the most important works from the piano output of Maurice Ravel. Composed in 1906, each of the five movements of Miroirs was dedicated to fellow members of the avant-garde artists group ‘Les Apaches’. Either side, Chamayou has mirrored this work with impressionistic-style works by two of the composers which preceded with impressionist movement.
