The Rare and Endangered Plants of Crathes
As a conservation charity people are used to hearing about the restoration works that the National Trust For Scotland do to our castles, artworks and houses but often it is understated the conservation work the NTS do with plants.
This is a tour which aims to address this by looking at the plant collection here at Crathes under the conservation microscope and telling the stories of our most rare and endangered plants, what we are doing to protect them and the continuing challenges to looking after such a varied plant collection.
