If you’re looking for a fantastic place to stay, you’re in the right place. The Estate offers breathtaking views in a truly wonderful setting, offering you the slower, gentler pace of North East Scottish country life, a perfect holiday, away from today’s hectic lifestyle.
LOCATION
The private estate, woodlands, gardens and river Deveron are wonderful for walks, expect to see deer, badgers, Highland Cattle, ferrets, red squirrels, foxes, otters, ducks, buzzards, sparrow hawks, osprey, herons and many others during your stay.
TARIFF
We have 6 cottages on the Estate from our Garden Bothy which sleeps 2 people up to Smiddy cottage which sleeps 8 people. We cover all budgets too with prices starting from £85 per night in our budget friendly Ivy Cottage and we offer anything from 2 nights minimum stay ( Garden Bothy ) and 3/4 night breaks and discounted rates if you book a whole week . Rooms
Forglen Lodge
The picturesque Lodge can accommodate up to 6 people, in 3 bedrooms. Each room has been decorated in neutral tones, and is furnished to a very high standard. On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped Kitchen and Dining area, Family Bathroom with separate Shower, spacious Lounge, complete with Tartan carpet and Hand-made Mantel above the Open Fireplace, made from elm wood from the Estate itself. The ground floor also has a Master Bedroom. A Tartan carpet leads you to the first floor, which comprises of a further Double Bedroom, a twin Bedded room, and there is also an upstairs WC.

Ivy Cottage
This cute cottage can accommodate up to 6 people, in 3 bedrooms. Each room is bright and airy and has been well laid out. On the ground floor there is a bright fully equipped Kitchen/Dining area, a cosy Lounge with wood burning stove, a Double Bedroom and Family Bathroom. A carpeted staircase leads you to the first floor, which comprises of two Bedrooms., one twin and one which can be king or twin

Garden Cottage
This cute cottage can accommodate up to 6 people, in 3 bedrooms. Just beside the Walled and Glen garden sits this pretty cottage. On the ground floor there is a bright fully equipped Kitchen/breakfast bar, a cosy Lounge with wood burning stove, a King Sized Bedroom and Family Bathroom. A carpeted staircase leads you to the first floor, which comprises of a twin Bedded room , another king sized room and a shower room with WC

Smiddy Cottage
This lovely cottage can accommodate up to 8 people, in 4 bedrooms. Each room is well appointed, bright and airy. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped Kitchen, spacious Lounge complete with Hand-made Mantel above the Open Fireplace, made from Elm wood from the Estate itself. Also on the ground floor there is a large super king sized bedroom and a double bedroom , a Shower room with WC. A carpeted staircase leads you to the first floor, which comprises of a king Bedroom,( which can be a twin ) and a twin Bedded room and Family Bathroom.
