Track down the 200 designed Oor Wullie statues and 350 mini sculptures scattered around Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Dundee, Inverness and beyond, before they're reunited for a two-day exhibition and then auctioned off for charity.

Allow us to tell you a bit about a braw initiative brought to you by Scotland’s five National Children’s Hospitals, DC Thomson and Wild in Art that will unite businesses, communities, artists and schools, and leave a lasting legacy for Scotland.

This summer, the streets and open spaces of Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Dundee, Inverness and beyond will become home to 200 individually designed giant Oor Wullie statues - alongside 350 mini sculptures decorated by local schools and community groups - showcasing the wealth of creative talent in the country.

We invite a’body, young and young at heart, to be inspired, get involved and celebrate the character and creativity of Scotland by joining Oor Wullie’s BIG Bucket Trail. Grab a map or download the free app to start ticking them off your bucket list!

When the trail ends, the sculptures will be brought together and exhibited for two days as part of a Farewell Weekend. The culmination of the campaign will be the regional auctions to raise significant funds for each of the charities involved.  The vision of Oor Wullie’s Big Bucket Trail is for every child attending hospital in Scotland to benefit as a result of this unique project.
