Matilda is the little girl with astonishing wit and intelligence. She's unloved by her cruel parents, but impresses her schoolteacher, Miss Honey, who begins to recognise and appreciate Matilda's extraordinary personality. Matilda's school life isn't completely smooth sailing - the school's headmistress Miss Trunchbull hates children and just loves coming up with new punishments for those who don't abide by her rules. _Matilda Jr_ is a gleefully witty ode to the anarchy of childhood and the power of imagination! You'll find yourself rooting for the "revolting children" who are out to teach the grown-ups a lesson!
