JP Cooper
Greater Manchester-born singer-songwriter and guitarist John Paul Cooper may be best known for featuring on the Jonas Blue single Perfect Strangers, but with the release of his solo debut album, Raised Under Grey Skies, that is all set to change. The indie artist blends tropical house and pop into his modern rock tracks.
With hauntingly beautiful vocals, JP Cooper transports you into his world of romanticism and heartache.
JP Cooper has been honing his live skills over the last couple of years relentlessly touring the country, selling out XOYO, Tabernacle and The Scala, while building a huge and loyal fanbase alongside the release of three self-recorded EPs.
The lead track from the last of these EPs, The Only Reason, has gone on to independently sell over 50,000 copies to date. His debut Island Records release Keep The Quiet Out EP shot into the top 5 on the iTunes singer songwriter chart, gaining him some serious love from Radio 1’s Huw Stephens.
