Tending Our Garden of Life: An Introduction to Mindfulness & 16 Guidelines for Life Come and explore what thoughts shape our experience. Behind every emotion and action lies a thought and each thought shapes what we perceive. How does our current thinking limit us? How much of what we perceive is really true? Led by Gillian Watt an experienced practitioner and accredited 16 Guidelines facilitator. This session will include some time in our outdoors space, please wear appropriate clothing. The theme of this programme, ‘Tending Our Garden of Life’ invites us to reflect and think about the way we experience the natural world. The programme incorporates ‘The 16 Guidelines for Life’ a set of ethical values based on a simple idea – we can change the way we experience the world by reflecting on and transforming the way we think, act and relate to others and find meaning. Come along and discover how to apply the guidelines in daily life.
