Capturing the beauty of Crathes with award winning photojournalist Paul Glendell
Spend your Sunday morning discovering how to photograph flowers and take close up images of trees and plants at the beautiful Crathes Castle. A selection of photographs from the workshop will be exhibited in Courtyard Cafe later in the season!
What will you need?
Any sort of camera (not a mobile) preferably one that can take close-up or macro photos!
How will the workshop work?
You will spend around half and hour in our classroom being show a variety of close-up techniques followed by an hour and a half taking photographs around Crathes Gardens. Out in the garden participants will be split into small groups with Paul assisting you while you put into practice the techniques you have just learnt in the classroom.
Returning to the classroom for tea/ coffee you will be shown how to select your best images followed by group and individual comments from Paul.
