Crathes Castle Summer Fun Day and Castle Camp Out
Castle fun day for adults and children with the first part of the day involving family activities and the second part of the day offering adult fun.
Our Family Fun Day just got bigger!
PART I: 10am–5pm
Calling all children! Complete the Highland Coo Trail and Fun Challenge to get your special personalised Crathes adventure badge. Join the rangers on a Big Bug Hunt, go wild on bouncy castles and have an amazing time at our circus, dance and drumming workshops throughout the day!
Tickets: £6 per child for unlimited fun (accompanying adults go free!)
PART II: 5–8pm
Why should little ones get all the fun?! Not any more! Release your inner child at our first evening of summer happiness – have a wild time on inflatables, play games, enjoy a BBQ and a drink from Eat Van Drink and A Wee Tipple, listen to local musicians and get your dance moves ready for the first-ever summer DJ set at Crathes Castle!
Wondering about travelling home? Why not stay with us overnight and finish off your Crathes adventure with our Castle Camp Out? A special breakfast offer for all campers will be available at the café in the morning. Book quickly to avoid disappointment!

£15 adult (including Castle Camp Out at the Guides Field and breakfast discount)

Tents and Campers are welcome! Please note that there is only cold water and basic toilet facilities available at the camp site. All campers are kindly asked to set up their equipment at the Guides Field upon arrival and remember about keeping the area tidy at their departure. Fires are not permitted in the field but you're welcome to use BBQs in a designated area!
