Aberdeen Reads: Rockpooling Talk at Children's Library (5-7 years)
Life in a rockpool is extremely tough. The creatures that live here must contend with near constant change as the tide brings new challenges every single day. Despite the hardship, rocky shores and their surrounding coastal environments are chock-full of life and home to many remarkable species. In this talk, Countryside Ranger Jack Elphinstone will take us beneath the waves and highlight some of the beautiful and bizarre animals that inhabit Aberdeen’s coastlines.
Suitable for ages 5-7. Under 8s must be accompanied by an adult.
