Walk in the footsteps of murderers, learn the tales of the city’s witches, and more in this special Halloween walking tour! Your expert guide will walk you through the city’s darker history which is ought to shock you.
Family Halloween Trail at Castle Fraser
This castle, which dates to the 1450s, just got a whole lot more eerie. One for the whole family, Castle Fraser invites you and yours to explore the gardens and follow the trail to claim spooktacular prizes.
Festival of Darkness
Brought to you by North East Arts Touring (NEAT), the Festival of Darkness celebrates Aberdeenshire’s significant contribution to creating the world’s most famous vampire - Dracula.
To celebrate the 125th anniversary of Bram Stoker's 1897 novel 'Dracula', which was inspired by Slains Castle, the Festival of Darkness has pulled together a brilliant lineup of films for audiences to feast on.
