Big names in music visit ABDN

It seems music is to be big thing this year in Aberdeen with countless famous musicians set to take our entertainment stages! Here’s a rundown of our big music highlights coming in 2017:

Spring

Craig David – 4 April

After one of the most talked about and relevant returns to music in decades, Craig David will be performing classic & new hits for fans in Aberdeen.

Iron Maiden – 17 May

These heavy metal legends are coming to Aberdeen this spring and we can hardly believe it. Join us in an evening of rock!

Summer

Blink 182 – 12 July

Punk pop favourites, Blink 182 will be making a stop in our city as part of their huge UK tour – we’re glad we made the list!

Olly Murs – 21 July

We’re glad he’s paying a visit in summer because popular cheeky chappy Olly Murs will be performing outdoor! Even better, he will be joined by Louisa Johnson.

Primal Scream and Chase & Status – Enjoy Music Festival – 3 June

These two big time acts will be headlining Enjoy Music Festival this summer and will be joined by iconic broadcasted Eddy Temple-Morris! 

Autumn

Little Mix - 9-10 October

Back by popular demand are the stars of pop music, Little Mix playing their popular hits including ‘Shout out to my ex’ and ‘Touch’!

Emilie Sande – 14 October

Our very own Emili Sande is coming back home to kick off her next tour. Believe it or not, this will be the first time she’s performed at the AECC!

Winter

Michael Ball and Alfie Boe – 11 December

Real musical theatre legends, this amazing duo are taking their ‘Together Again’ tour to Aberdeen this winter!
