Christmas Tree Switch-on [18 November]

Aberdeen’s Christmas Tree Switch-on has been made even more special this year as our twin town of Stavanger in Norway have donated a glorious Christmas tree which will be on display in Castlegate. The switch-on takes place on 18 November at 7pm after a delightful carol service from The Sweet Adelines. This is the perfect event to kick off the Christmas festivities!

Curated in the Quad Market [19 November – 19 December]

The popular open-air Christmas Market returns to the architecturally breathtaking Marischal College. Expect a unique line up of local businesses taking up the festive wooden cabins every weekend from 19 November selling arts, crafts, clothing, homeware as well as gourmet food and drink!
