The great stone circles of these islands - Brodgar (Orkney), Drombeg (Ireland) - are gatherings of material that made extraordinary spaces for rituals and performances. Created by composer Christopher Fox, Other times, other places does the same, gathering sounds rather than stones to create a sound installation that is also the setting for live performances of composed and improvised music.
