Winter Tree Walk
Haddo Country Park
Tarves
Ellon
AB41 7EQ
Trees are the heart of our native landscapes but can be hard to identify in winter when all the leaves
have fallen.
Join us to learn about the diversity of trees, the ecology, lifecycle, myths, uses and winter identification. We will also have a look at the storm damage at Haddo and some of our plans to regrow and recover.
There will be opportunities to ask questions and take lots of photos. This is a relaxed and friendly introduction to our native trees.
The walk will start at 14:00 at the Visitor Centre and last approximately an hour and a half.
Everyone is welcome, although we would ask that children are accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are £5 and there is a parking charge of £2.
