Join Dr Lynne Hocking – scientist and handweaver – to learn how she weaves genetics into fabric and have a go at visualising genetic data for yourself. Frame looms, yarn and genetic data will be provided (or bring your own). You’ll be supported to experiment with weaving patterns inspired by genetics and will take your finished work home. No prior experience required.
