Join the Deveron, Bogie and Isla Rivers Trust to celebrate the International Year of the Salmon with a very special evening event to explore Scotland’s salmon: past, present and future.
Join us for a chance to chat with local salmon experts, learn about the rich history of Scottish salmon fishing, current conservation practices, and see exciting footage of rarely seen salmon behaviours. Speakers will include:
Marcus Walters, River Operations Manager for the Deveron Rivers Trust
Lorna Summers, a volunteer with the Portsoy Salmon Bothy and local salmon historian
Chris Conroy, Ness District Salmon Fishery Board River Director and Clerk to the Board
With host for the evening: Bernard Martin, friend to Macduff Marine Aquarium and wildlife documentary film maker
