Music Hall Ceilidh - Galik Bred
Galik Bred ceilidh band was re-formed in 1996 to help a family member raise funds for a Project Trust trip. Following a successful night, we quickly had enquiries for other gigs. With over 20 years experience, we've played some fantastic, weird & wonderful venues & events including a trip to The Faroe Islands, T in the Park & The National Museum of Scotland. We continue to play for fun and with the band consisting of family and close friends – gigging is NEVER a chore. We usually run with 2 callers, in order to teach & demonstrate the dances folk aren't so sure about, we play music with a fair beat & mix in some quirky additions to keep your toes tapping.
