Look Again Festival
A celebration of art and design in Aberdeen, inviting locals to see their city through fresh eyes.
Look Again - Aberdeen's annual, citywide festival of visual art and design was set up to encourage people to see the city through fresh eyes.
With this year's theme of 'New Narratives' familiar public spaces will be animated and transformed by artists, designers, architects and performers, with interventions that weave their way through the city: from Morag Myerscough's new take on the Mercat Cross in the Castlegate to John Walter's delightfully maximalist offering in the austere gothic courtyard of Marischal College, from pop-up 'Playable Pavilions' to an iconic Polish Taxi that is also a gallery. This festival is embedded in the city and passionate about Aberdeen's creativity - come and Look Again at the granite city from 7 - 16 June 2019.
