Take in gorgeous Glen Gairn, tucked away in the Eastern corner of the Cairngorms National Park, and the picturesque Royal Deeside village of Ballater, only 5 miles from Howe of Torbeg. Spend some time connecting with the landscape, enjoying great food & company and enjoy a 2 night stay in one of our unique and cosy Glamping accommodation options.
The weekend includes an ID Skills workshop & short walk at Howe of Torbeg, plus a longer Late Summer Plants & Fungi foraging walk in the local area; a wild food light lunch; a catered dinner at Howe of Torbeg; lots of yummy wild food tasters; an optional short walk around Glen Gairn; & accommodation in one of our gorgeous wooden Glamping Pods, or our off-grid Shepherd’s Hut.
