Learn the corner to corner crochet technique and how to plan your designs. Essential to bring your preferred 5mm crochet hook.
Corner to corner crochet is worked up diagonally in square 'pixels', making it the perfect way to great stylish motifs. Use the technique to crochet images on cushions or blankets. These blankets are often referred to as graphghans.
In this class you will learn the corner to corner technique and how to plan your own designs. You will learn how to change colour and how to manage working with multiple bobbins of yarn. We will also learn how to add texture to your C2C work by using popcorn stitch.
This class is suitable for anyone who can confidently crochet treble crochet (US double crochet) and who can manage their tension. We will practice the technique by making a square rainbow motif, approximately 25cm by 25cm.
A pattern, full notes and instructions, and 7 colours of yarn are included in your registration fee. Tea, coffee, biscuits are also included. Please bring your preferred 5 mm hook.
