Indigo Velvet are a four piece Edinburgh based band formed in 2014.
Colourful shirts, African rhythms and varied indie-influences have led to critics describing Indigo Velvet as tropical-pop.
Tipped as ones to watch by BBC Introducing, the list of tastemakers championing them continues; Record of the Day, The Metro, Clash, Scotland On Sunday, The Skinny Magazine and more. Airplay includes BBC Introducing, Radio X, a spot-play on Radio 1 and live sessions on Amazing Radio and the Janice Forsyth Show on BBC Radio Scotland.
The young quartet have been played nearly 500,000 times on Spotify and with over 20 festivals in the calendar so far they're poised for a landmark year.
