Third Stage is open to those aged 55 and over, spaces are limited and available on a first come first served basis.
We are composed of billions of actions of body, speech and mind throughout our lifetimes - every positive action makes a better earth. Come and learn about the power of thought and actions in shaping our lives. Led by Gillian Watt an experienced practitioner and accredited 16 Guidelines facilitator.
This session will include some time in our outdoors space, please wear appropriate clothing.
The theme of this programme, ‘Tending Our Garden of Life’ invites us to reflect and think about the way we experience the natural world. The programme incorporates ‘The 16 Guidelines for Life’ a set of ethical values based on a simple idea – we can change the way we experience the world by reflecting on and transforming the way we think, act and relate to others and find meaning. Come along and discover how to apply the guidelines in daily life.
