Meet at Kings College, High Street, Old Aberdeen

This Halloween, come on a journey into the the past in Aberdon, the old University town which pre-dated "New" Aberdeen by nearly 50 years.  Witness the tragic tale of the Hermit of Powis and the horrific end o the drunken victim of the anatomy students, the dark humour of the visiting psychic and the prank gone wrong which cost a university official his life, all dramatised by our team the Taezali Players.  With many other creepy tales of the Aul Toons days of yore, this will be a night to remember!

We have two runs of this outdoor tour, the first at 7pm and the second at 9.45pm.  The stories are suitable for older children (12+), and we would ask you not to bring dogs to this one, leave your fur babies at home! All tickets are £15.  Tours last just under 120 min.  The last run finishes at 11.45pm, so we would ask you to ensure you have people to walk home with or to return to your cars.  We end at the foot of the Chanonry near St Machar Cathedral.  There is ample parking around the campus at night including the Butchart Centre on University Road and the Uni Library car park on Bedford Road.

Terrain is mainly pavements except for the Snow Kirk and St Machar Kirkyard which features large old uneven slabs, grassy surfaces and gravestones.  Please judge for yourself whether you can manage.

As this is an outdoor event, there is no official requirement for social distancing, but please be mindful of your fellow customers and keep a respectful distance from each other.
