Foraged Spring Feast
We are all surrounded by a wealth of wild sustenance. Join Medical Herbalist and Forager Natasha Lloyd to create a special wild pot-luck style feast from young spring-time elements found around the Barn’s Wild Garden. The day will include several edible demonstrations such as a spring pesto, foraged flavoured butter, plant pickle and fermented hot sauce demonstration. A vegetarian soup and bread will accompany our foraged delicacies for lunch.
