This event has now passed. Visit our what's on calendar to view our current events.

In this full-day workshop you’ll learn a new creative process that you can easily continue at home. Taking inspiration from the beautiful Crathes Castle and surrounding estate, the class will look at designing, carving and printing a one-colour linocut.

At this relaxed workshop we’ll do some exercises to familiarise us with the tools and how to achieve different tones when only working with one colour. Then you’ll be guided in all aspects of lino printing, from composing your own design to cutting and printing the block. At the end of the day, along with your new-found skill and knowledge, you should also have your very own original linocut print to take home.

Drinks and snacks will be provided!

Meet at 10am at the café entrance.
