An intimate, fully immersive weekend of music, art, food and community.

Join us for a unique, experimental weekend with two of Scotland’s most significant contemporary cultural figures.

It’s ambitious and unusual and it’s going to fun, inspiring and relaxed.

Amateurs, novices, experts and on-lookers are warmly invited.

There will be a maximum of 40 guests.

It’s hard to explain this succinctly, but let’s give it a try.

The weekend will build towards a one-off gig that reflects the remarkable sound and feel of Glen Dye with Kenny Anderson of King Creosote. You’ll work with Kenny on the music workshops and field recordings that will create that show. And afterwards, you’ll take home a recording of the unique gig.

But that’s not all.

In the build-up to the show there will be an extraordinary opportunity to create stained glass gig tickets with glass artist and maestro Keny Drew, and to make gig posters and album covers with screen-printer Karen L Vaughn and painter Nicola Wiltshire.

Wait! That’s still not all.

There will be amazing food all weekend, much of it cooked over fire and culminating in dinner before the final show. And you can stay with us too; either in one of our houses or cabins or our amazing B and B. Or you can bring a tent or camper van.

What else?

We believe in friendliness, so we encourage anyone to come to this, either alone or in a group. Whoever you come with you’ll leave as part of a small community that has enjoyed a life affirming (life changing perhaps) weekend. Oh, and Glen Dye is a place of deep beauty and wonder; let’s not forget that.

Finally.

We’ve never done this before, and we’ll probably never do it again. Come and join us and let’s make magic.
