Internationally acclaimed guitarist Martin Taylor has established a unique musical career, and is widely regarded as the world’s foremost exponent of solo jazz guitar playing. As well as being a true guitar innovator, he is also a master concert performer, dazzling audiences with his solo shows, which combine virtuosity, emotion and humour, with a strong stage presence. With a remarkable career spanning five decades and a record-breaking 14 British Jazz Awards, he has also collaborated with musicians from many different musical genres including Stéphane Grappelli, Jeff Beck, George Harrison, Dionne Warwick and Jamie Cullum. Taylor's show at the Lemon Tree promises to be an unmissable opportunity for guitar enthusiasts to experience this giant of jazz solo and up close!
