Aberdeen Jazz Festival: Karawane
Karawane (pronounced kara-va-neh) bring people together. They create a sound that encompasses floor-shaking afrobeat, hip-swaying salsa, dancefloor jazz to old-school ska, tropical cumbia to Caribbean island sounds and all the jazzy, brassy bits in the middle.
Joining Karawane for AJF 24 are Natalie Wastnidge and Carol Scorer on percussion, who will be alongside you on the dancefloor. You can look forward to a deep blend of dancefloor edits and originals from Soweto to Sao Paulo. Get ready to throw yourself into the party atmosphere!
