Ballater Highland Games
Ballater Highland Games, “The Friendly Games”, will be held in the picturesque Monaltrie Park nestling between the hills of Craigendarroch and Craig Coillich.
There is something for everyone, young and old. Traditional events include highland dancing, piping, hill race, tilt the bucket, best dressed highlander and the light and heavy field events.
The Combined Pipe Bands will march through the village and around the Games arena during the afternoon.
Various trade stands will be on the field together with a funfair for the children.
