Sycamore Hall Self Catering
Sycamore Hall is a spacious, comfortably furnished, fully equipped self catering property. One of Scotland’s historic buildings, it is the converted classroom of the former Erroll School, built by the Earl and Countess of Erroll in 1834. Category B listed. It retains many original features whilst having a modern, light, airy atmosphere.
The building was fully redecorated for 2020. There is a large entrance porch with a full shower room and plenty of space for outdoor equipment & clothing. The ground floor is open plan with a spiral staircase leading to the upper floor with a shower room with toilet, and two twin bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a unique glass feature wall using the original classroom screens. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge area which allows for a larger group to stay. The large garden has picnic benches with views of Slains Castle and the sea.

Situated half a mile south of the village of Cruden Bay on the north east coast of Scotland, the property is ideal for exploring the Castle, Coast and Whisky Trails, bird watching at Loch of Strathbeg, Forvie Nature Reserve and Bullers of Buchan, seal watching at Newburgh and golfing on one of the many famous Golf Courses within an hour's travelling distance.
