Located in the heart of the charming seaside town of Stonehaven, our cosy 2-bedroom home is just a stone’s throw from the beach and a short walk from the town's traditional harbour.

The property offers the perfect base for exploring the local area, including scenic coastal walks to Dunnottar Castle, a swim in Stonehaven’s famous heated outdoor pool, browsing independent shops, and relaxing in country pubs with views over the harbour.

Our home features a spacious and comfortable living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a large bathroom, providing a relaxing space for your stay.

The living room is ideal for spending time together, featuring a large, comfy sofa that seats four, a TV with Freeview, and streaming services like Netflix for TV shows and movies. A folding dining table can seat four, perfect for enjoying meals or playing board games. The utility room, located at the back, includes a washing machine and access to the shared outdoor courtyard.

The first floor includes the bathroom with a large bath, shower, sink, and toilet. Both bedrooms are upstairs: one with a king-size bed and the other with a comfortable double bed. Both rooms offer plenty of storage space for your belongings.

Guests have full access to the entire property, and a shared courtyard is available for all to enjoy.
