The property is situated in a purpose built apartment complex just off Great Western Road, offering modern and extremely comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people.
Access to the apartment is via a shared front door and hallway. Please note there is no lift to the second floor flat. There are drying greens and grass areas in front of the apartment providing outdoor space.

There is a bus stop outside the property, with routes to a range of city locations and Royal Deeside. Aberdeen Train Station is a 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk. Aberdeen International Airport is a 15 minute drive.
Comprehensive range of grocery shops, restaurants, pubs and takeaways within walking distance. The apartment is located in Aberdeen’s west end, and is within walking distance of Union Street, and the main retail shopping centres in the city. Garthdee Retail Park and Duthie Park Winter Gardens are nearby. The property is conveniently located for visitors to Robert Gordon University, Albyn Hospital and Repsol Sinopec.
The apartment is available from 4:00pm. If you would like to check in earlier please advise a few days prior to your arrival and we will try our best to accommodate you. Last check in 10.00pm.
Check out is 10.00am. If you require a late check out, please advise in advance and we will try to accommodate you.
We do not have a reception area, however we do try to meet our guests in person, or can leave a key in the key safe with code issued prior to arrival. Please advise us of your anticipated arrival time in advance so we can make arrangements to suit you.
From the south, follow the A90 signposted to Peterhead across the Bridge of Dee. At Great Western Road, turn right and follow Great Western Road for approx. ½ mile to Claremont Gardens.
To access the car park, head along Great Western Road towards the city centre. Turn left into Claremont Street, the entrance to the car park is approx. 50 yards on the left hand side. Allocated space number 57.
The car park is at the back of the apartment block, to get to the apartment, walk towards the gate marked with restricted access and turn left through the archway. This will bring you to the gardens, walk diagonally across the path to the apartment door at the front.
