Walled Garden Workshop - Pruning fruit trees and bushes
The workshop will involve pruning of apples, pears and other orchard fruit whilst looking at the benefits of pruning, timing, techniques and tools.
It will provide the basics to give you confidence to prune your own fruit trees and bushes effectively. At the same time we will celebrate the apple, to commemorate National Apple Day and give you a taste of Glen Tanar's orchard.
Workshops are led by Glen Tanar's Head Gardener Gill, who has over 15 years' professional gardening experience. Come and enjoy this historic walled garden in a beautiful setting and learn a new skill to take back to your own garden.
