With over 70 golf courses, from inland green fairways to the stunning coastal links courses, choosing won’t be easy! And if you’re looking to play on one of our world famous courses, we can point you in the right direction too.

Here’s a rundown of some of our top picks and not to be missed golf courses in the area:

Cruden Bay Golf Course

A traditional Scottish golf links, set against a backdrop of greenery and panoramic sea views – it was even rated within the top 30 best golf courses in the world.

Royal Aberdeen Golf Club

Founded in 1780, it’s one of the regions oldest courses. Today, it’s a championship course with amazing views.

Trump International Golf Links

It’s set within the golden sand dunes of Aberdeenshire with spectacular views of the Balmedie coast. It was also voted the best modern course in Great Britain and Ireland. 

Murcar Links Golf Club

Another championship and award winning golf course – the best news is that it’s only a short drive from the airport, so there’s no excuse not to fit in a round of golf before you head home.

Paul Lawrie Golf Centre

Set within the beautiful Royal Deeside, there’s a driving range, a golf course and a world class short game area. There’s also three PGA teaching professionals on hand to give you the best advice.
